does it mean anything if a girl mentions ur name almost every time you talk to her (once or twice per convo) ?

I don't think it indicates any level of interest. It's used more to hold people's attention. I use it in business settings to let the person on the other end of the phone know I paid attention to what their name is. That way, if I'm trying to resolve a problem, get a message to someone, get a task done, etc., they're held more accountable.
On the dating front, what's more important is body language. Does she play with her hair? Does she lick her lips? Hold your gaze? Touch you or playfully punch your arm? These are all ways of flirting, and non-verbal cues tell much more than what she says.

Some people think it polite to use someones name in convo when they're talking to them. Shows direction and attention.

She is being polite. Saying a persons name in a conversation makes that person seem special in a small way. In my job, I have to use our customers name a few times in our calls because it shows we are paying attention to them and it makes it more personal.
I wouldnt read too much into it.

i think its her way of flirting with u because if she mentions ur name in a convo with u then imagine how much she mentions it when shes talking to her friends??? yeah uhhh-huh, think of it that way.
