For one when you use the slang word "fugly" you are actually cursing the person. In general society people become offensive when personally attacked by another using curse words. The meaning of the slang word "fugly" is "******* ugly". Do you usually curse people just for the fun of it? By your statement, "Get over it." You expect everyone to respect your choice of opinion be it wrong or right yet you do not respect the girl with bleached hair for their own opinion. You set out to emotional harm another person with your crude statement. When the person with bleached hair has done no harm to you personally. This makes you a cruel person.
You may think that it is funny or acceptable language or behavior towards another. You are not the judge of yourself. You will find this meaning for fugly: fug-ly (adj.) -- frightfully ugly; of or pertaining to something beyond the boundaries of normal unattractiveness. Personally I would take offense if someone-- stranger or friend--thought it acceptable to reference any part of my body or gender as "fightfully ugly". If you wish to pass judgement on someone then judgement will be passed about you.
