I have had generational bondages broken off of me that I did not even know I was under. I have seen motives of others in the spirit realm which was a very big shock. Seen things through the eyes of the Lord. Other than being born again fasting has been the most eye opening amazing thing I have ever experienced.

yes! Numerous times. As a matter of fact I am doing that right now for my two children. He honors our prayers, fasting for me is to weaken the flesh, but God is interested in my faith when I pray.

No. I had to fast because I was ill with pancreatitis, so nothing to eat and only water for 1 week. Oh I prayed, believe me; only to ask God to give me the strength to make it through the week without cheating.Of course the desire to get better was a big factor in maintaining the fast. I made it and I hope I never have to do it again. Fasting is alright within it's limits, like holy days, but other than that, I like food too much................

Fasting- a very productive thing...clears the earthly mind..it works
Born again-NO!
I have seen the trees glow and the stars above reel and I have had my senses sharpen and see man for what he is. Fasting is a good journey but you must prepare.. don't just stop eating and go to work for 40 hours.
Fasting can open your mind if you let it.. please prepare and do so.. the world will embrace you like a mother!

Fasting can be a good thing for one's health, but to connect this to religious nonsense is just baloney.
