One has to become aware of the numerous thoughts, emotions and activities which are stored within the mind.. What you observe in the dream state (if it is not a prophetic dream) are all in symbolic form..Is the brains way of solving problems which are generally not even closely associated with the symbols you get to see. When you consider the brain to be a super computer, you can better understand how it works. But, there are several levels of the minds function. Those of the higher level are aiding in trying to resolve the problems at the lower level.. you will not understand intellectually but may find considerable relief following a pleasant dream. More tension if the dream is a bad or troubling one.

Your dreams are a product of your subconscious. When you sleep things that are buried there come forth. If you can remember them after waking take time to Analise them and you will understand why you have dreamt of them and some people believe that they are signs of something that will happen in the future, but that's not true. Sometimes they are also dreams of things you would like to do but don't and so you hold them in your subconscious. Fears are often brought forth in dreams as well.
