The Bible says that the dead have no knowledge at all. The story Jesus told of the rich man and Lazarus is just an illustration aimed at the Pharisees concerning them.

None yet. They are waiting for Jesus to come again so they can be quickened in Christ. The dead are just that. It says the earth shall give up it's dead and the seas give up it's dead and they will be caught up with Jesus to await judgement along with those who are to die before or after tribulation ( or are raptured, if you will).
