OK there are 128 oz in a gallon. A shot is 1 oz. so it has to be ...128 shots... or double shot are 2 oz. so that would be 64 shots.in a GALLON

A shot is 1.5 oz and a gallon has 128 oz in it, so you get about 85.3333333 shots in a gallon. Because 128 divided by 1.5 is 85 and 1/3. A 1 oz "shot" is called a pony shot. I really can't give you a price range though for multiple reasons, such as not knowing what type of alcohol and not buying in gallons.

A shot is 1 to 1 1/2 ounces.

Divide 128 ounces (a gallon) by however big you make your shots.

So, if you make a 1 1/2 ounce shot, you get about 80-82 shots. If you make 2 ounce shots, you get 64, etc...

I thought that 1 shot was 1 fluid ounce. A gallon has 128 fluid ounces.
