Nah, never too late, lose the ant eater. Don't worry about the pain, with the drugs now a days, it'll just be more of a discomfort rather than pain.

Males have all their most sexually sensitive nerve endings in the foreskin. Do lots of research before you have this done. Unless you have a real and serious medical reason for this, consider it very carefully because it will affect the way you experience sex forever. You can't put it back on.
Some men have had trouble dealing with the changes (visual, sexual, sensation-wise, etc...) associated with their penis from the circumcision.

Something interesting for you to think about, from the 3rd website I cited: "The sacrifice of the foreskin is said to reduce the penile sensitivity and reduce the pleasure achieved by intercourse, while leaving a permanent life-long remembrance of the sacrifice committed. "

Currently in the US, circumcision is being done less and less frequently than in the past and there is a growing body of people who see it as male genital mutilation becasue there is usually no medical reason for it. Of course this depends on where in the country you live, what your religious background is, etc... Again, read a lot about it and make sure you know what your doing before you pursue this. Make sure you go into it with your eyes open.

It's interesting how many women have answerd you question.
You can be circumcised at any age. My question would be why do you want to be?
Uncircumcised men have more senitive penises and tend to enjoy sex more. But if it's for health reasons, then I say go for it.

It is not too late. But it is not necessary. It does not really hurt, as they use an anesthetic. A bit sore afterward. Heals up quick.
But if not medically needed, why bother?

I think that they still can, but it will hurt like the dickens. I don't know you're reasoning for wanting it, but I would definitely advise against it.
