those who are of other beliefs, please dont fully critisize me...you are welcome to state your point, but im not about to change my mind...this is for those who are non religious and believe in evolution.
I believe in every part of evolution, and scienfic proof has proved its true.
your thoughts are appreciated
what is there more to prove to a teacher of mine that evolution exists...im leaving her class, because im sick of it...
she is also strongly racist, and too christian for me to handle...
but im not leaving yet...and i wanted to say something about it...because arnt teachers supposed to not state their opinion about these kinds of things? arnt they supposed to teach it as if it existed even if maybe they dont think it does?
thanks

Your teacher did not pay attention at school. Evolution was proved a long time ago, and every credible scientist in the world concurs with this.
Only religious people continue to deny it's existence. If your teacher is not teaching science, but has chosen to introduce their religious views it should not be tolerated. In my opinion the teacher should be fired.
I would leave the class on the racist angle alone, adding religious views to the mix would make it very unpleasant. I have dropped a biology class in college because the professor insisted in introducing creationism during discussion of evolution.

Are you in a public school?
Teachers can have their opinions, but they need to state that it is their opinion. The facts don't need her to believe in them, since facts are just facts, and stand on their own merits.
Here's the way I look at evolution: The fringe wins. This means that when a species adapts to an environment, it does so in a bell curve, where most of the members are adapted to the 'average' of the environment. When the environment collapses for some reason, only the fringe members survive.
Religion works only on the middle of the curve, always trying to get people to conform to a 'standard'. (Schools work this way, also).
The fossil record shows that neanderthals were the normal ones, and homo sapiens was a freak. If God designed everything, then humans would have fit the middle of the evolutionary/environmental tree, since they would have been designed with a single environment in mind.
God's 'chosen' were the Neanderthals.

It is not Christianity that proves macro-evolution false. It is science. Evolution is just plain and simple bad science. Why does the fossil record show mass extinctions? Everyone agrees that there should be slow, gradual, and constant changes. But the fossil record show sudden changes. Did you hear about the blood cells found in a dinosaur fossil that is supposed to be over 65 million yrs old? Scientist had all agreed that such cells could only last 100k yrs at the most. Questions unanswered. A real scientist would not rule out any possibilities until all the evidence was gathered.

First of all if a Christian told you they believe in evolution they lied about their faith. They are taught creationism. God made all things. This is Christianity...look it up! Whoever you kinda Christians are...please stop leading these people on.
You want to see something cool though? Go to this link and play around on the site for a minute. It's not all God stuff either. It's actually science trying to prove evolution and you'll see they haven't but it's still pretty interesting not matter what YOU believe.

my advice,
play the game and get a high grade,
don't sacrafice your principle, your not on a battlefield with men about to do the wrong thing like rape a woman or kill a child, where standing up for the right thing would mean something,
evolution happened all reasonable people agree
just shut up and get your A,
thats what we all had to do at one time or another,
and if it drives you that much become a science teacher
and you know what,
make every last student prove evolution and if they dont believe it have them prove an alternative
give them the tools to do that
unfortunately, the god crowd has no evidence so, we are still waiting for them to prove it

WHat seems to me to be the final integration of those to innovations became positioned maximum easily via a 14 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old. Evolution (and that i comprehend this would be a gross oversimplification of the two innovations) in actuality states that one and all existence began from airborne dirt and dust or airborne dirt and dust and has progressed and grown from there. in the Bible God used airborne dirt and dust or airborne dirt and dust to create people. The gaps in time from the "introduction adventure" if all of it got here approximately in one 2d (which I easily tend to disagree with) and the time whilst it became recorded are so vast that a thoroughly literal interpretation of scripture in this remember is impossible. To me, evolution is one extra component of a international it is so very orderly it style of feels impossible that it would be mere twist of fate for it to exist. hence, the two technology and Christian coincide particularly nicely.

In a college, they have freedom of speech. In a public school, accepting federal dollars, then she has to abide by the curriculum. Evolution is shown through the element of viruses, the semi-human, semi-ape skeletons recently found in Africa (Search under the name Lucy), and frankly, the lack of evidence for anything else. Print off a few refutable news articles about the skeletons and read them over before confronting your bigoted teacher. I wish you good luck.

actually a teacher can be in a lota trouble if they impose their political, religious opinions onto his/her students
i believe in evolution and i also believe in God.
the compromise of evolutionism and creationism makes the most sense to me.
God created the first basic elements, molecules.
Then through science those molecules somehow turn into amino acids...basic building blocks for protein. Which then slowly turn into a living being. God gave life the ability to evolve because if we cant evolve/adapt we will die.
I believe all the scientific facts behind evolution and i also believe that it was all part of God's master plan.

I believe evolution is far more plausible than Adam and Eve. I mean.. that theory has ZERO to back it up. Science prevails here in my eyes. I'm not a Christian, but do believe in God. I think God most definitely had some part in the creation of all living beings. I don't think that humans came from Adam and Eve. I don't know a ton about evolution, but I think it's much easier to swallow.
Your teacher sounds like a douchebag.

Did somebody say hypocrite? For those of you that are religious, your church is just as hypocritical as others are. You also need to learn what a hypocrite is, because you obviously have no idea and just throw that word out to improve your argument. The Bible is full of hypocrasies. Calling someone a hypocrite, therefore, does not invalidate or discredit them.
