we dared our college buddy to eat crap. we all pooled in about $600. Now he is really sick. Should we bring his crap eatting face to the hospital.

Yes - bring him to the hospital, and grow up! Being in college must mean you have at least a ounce of brains in that head of yours - dugh! Eating crap makes you sick!

Your friend needs antibiotics immediately, & he will stay really sick for a while. If he had a cut in his mouth, an ulcer in his stomach or if he had gagged on the way down with that little snack & aspirated even a tiny bit his life would be in danger. If he has a normal immune system he still needs a megadose of antibiotics.
