How do i get my hair this way ( with the minimal of hair products ie. sprays, vloumizers..)

Go to bed with damp (not wet) hair that you've put some mousse into. Put it in a loose braid and clip the end into a roller.

Grow your hair first.
Before you go to bed, twist your hair tightly into a bun, dampen it slightly and sleep in it. Your hair should be gentily waved in the morning.
