I have active parental controls but want more capability to remotely manage software and activity.

PC-Parent

Just install PC-Parent on the PC you would like to monitor. Configure it, and set a password. It will then (from the system tray) capture screenshots of that PC. You can view those screenshots from the same PC, or other PC's over a TCP network using any web browser. And Good Luck, and Thanks for being a concerned parent...

You can buy a keylogger, which will log every key she presses. There is also software that will report everything she does online. Make yourself the adminidtrator on her laptop and give her a guest account. this will limit what she can and cant dowload and view.

Establish yourself as administrator. Protect your settings with a password.

I applaud your efforts, but you do realize that unfortunately, all they have to do is go to a friend's house. Better have a serious, caring talk with them and hope they listen.
