Just heaven, no hell.
Just a God that loves us and thinks that we are great just the way that we are.
Actually I did not believe in an after life for many years then this happened to me.
Several years ago I had an unusual experience concerning an uncle, a distant relative who lived over a thousand miles away.
While driving my car I suddenly felt the unmistakable presence of this relative that I hardly even knew. He was more like someone I had heard about than someone I knew. It was very strange; it felt as though I was momentarily lifted right out of my physical body. I seemed to be suspended somehow beyond space and time, bathed in a love so intense It felt like I could have just disappear into it at any moment if It would have let me. It only lasted for a few seconds, but it seemed to last forever at the same time. I realize how crazy this must sound. The experience was so strong that at first I was afraid I was loosing my grip on reality. I finally managed to chalk it up to an over active imagination.
Three days later I got a call from my aunt telling me that this uncle we are talking about had gone into a coma and died the day I had the experience. It felt like ice water had been poured down my back when she told me this. I had lost any real ideas of God or faith and had become somewhat of an atheist. Needless to say this experience caused me to rethink some of the conclusions I had come to.
I feel blessed to now understand that even in our darkest confusion something loves us so much that it went out of its way to assist me and bring me back to a state of absolute certainty about Gods love for us.
During the experience it seemed like there was a vast amount of information that I was somehow allowed access to. One thing that I came away from this experience understanding beyond any shadow of a doubt was that any Idea that God is unhappy with us or would judge or allow us to be punished for any reason is simply impossible.
I can’t explain the love I felt with words. They simply don’t make words big enough or complete enough to do this. The only way I can begin to convey this love to you is to say that there was simply nothing else there. Nothing but love. No hint of judgment, no displeasure of any sort. It is as though God sees us as being as perfect as we were the day we were created. It is only in our confused idea of ourselves that we seem to have changed.
I hope this is of some help to you. Good luck. Love and blessings.
Your brother don

When you die there is an immediate life in the grave; where you are told where you'll go (heaven or hell) and then you'll await the day of Resurrection. All souls (not your bodies) will be lifted (alive) and judged in front of everyone by God. Each person will have two books (his book of bad deeds and His book of good deeds which are written by the 2 angels on your shoulders) All of his deeds will be weighed and balanced (not sure if this is an analogy) If you have more good deeds you go to heaven; more bad deeds you go to hell until you've 'cleansed' of all the evil. God is firm in His punishment but also Most Forgiving and Merciful. This is my take. Google up Islam afterlife for more info. Peace.

There are too many "answers" and possibilities to take someone else's word on such an important subject. I suggest you research the different religions so that you can be confident that what you know is the true teaching of whichever religion you choose to follow. You will also be more equipped to give an account of what you believe and why, when asked.

I came across this site - he explains life and life after death very well.
Yes, I have experienced many many astral travel [OBE] dreams over the years where Guides and Angels have permitted me to see and to experience places in the afterlife worlds. I have even talked two way conversations with some of my relatives, there!
Earth is a Learning center, not a "final exam"! "Life 101" is like of an artist learning how to paint. He begins, a newbie, he will make mistakes, *must* make mistakes, then he corrects them: the only way that he can learn to paint, is to paint and make mistakes then learn from these mistakes, then paint again, making yet more mistakes, then correcting these!
the religious people call these mistakes "sins"! But this is the only way to live, to learn from mistakes! Thus, try to be as Creative as possible, using "Love, Truth, Goodness, as your "paints", and the only "sin" that really really might exist, is that you do not learn from your mistakes and keep on making them!

i'm somewhat at a loss for words. existence earlier delivery is in the womb for 9 months. yet existence after dying is in basic terms the actuality that the physique dies little via little, so as that hair and fingernails proceed to strengthen for a rapid time. If we are saying existence earlier concept, then the parallel is closer. yet what i actually think of you advise isn't existence, yet understanding or understanding. there is not any function without the form to try this function. as a result, there would be no understanding earlier or after there's a strategies to do it with.

I woulk like to know the answer to that too. Unfortunately I will never find it out. I have asked so many people including priests, and they all say something different. The more I search for answers the more confused I get cuz of all the different answers. How can 1 bible get taken in so many different ways? They say that we just have to have faith. It's kind of hard when we don't even know what to have faith in. If you find out, let me know to!!

How do you feel when you see someone in need. If you feel the urge to help someone that has found themselves in some kind of trouble then you are headed in the right direction. Now think of the source of that urge to help. That source is Jesus. Find him then you will have his love in you to want to do more. Some say they are Christians but if they don't have that love for one another they don't have Christ in them. If you have Christ then you will know where you will be when you die.

i am glad you are searching for the answer to this. i believe yes, there is an afterlife, and i believe in heaven and hell. i believe you can choose now whether you'd like to go to heaven or hell, and respond by either accepting or rejecting Jesus Christ as your savior. i do not believe in reincarnation or rebirth. these are my beliefs. good luck! i hope you find the truth you are looking for.

There is no heaven or hell. I believe that everyone continues on and our souls combine with the earth's energy, good or bad. Every living thing on this planet has a soul, and they are what makes up the "godliness" and supernatural powers that no one can explain.
