I don't know about "Pro Teen" but for "Protein"...

Eggs, Tuna, Cottage Cheese, Soy milk, Whey powder, chicken

Is it a peanut allergy or just hate the chewing? You could try peanut butter if it is just the chewing that you want to avoid. If it is peanuts there are also edame nuts that are really roasted beans not related to peanuts.

Almonds are 100% better for you than Peanuts. Also Walnuts. I use Cashews too.

To increase your protein intake you can have things like beans (all kinds have tons of protein), meats, milk, eggs, protein shakes, whey protein, tuna, and fish! Good luck!

Try edamame - soybeans. Buy them frozen, and heat them in a pot of warm water with lots of sea salt. Yummy!
