we have been in court 3 times in 6 years!?

all this has been presented to the judge ! we went for supervised visitation last time and you know what we got?nothing! the mother got an extra weekend a month because shes never"had the chance to raise the child" the child!what is that?? it does no good the court supports the mothers rights more than the childs!my husband has fought to the nail,went and had to file bankruptcy to pay for all this and has talked and talked to the mother it does no good so now what?? weve done everything, im beginning to feel its hopeless

Maybe you need to let go and surrender yourself to the situation. When you surrender, let go and let God, things get a little bit easier.

Without a fight, the mother has nothing to do. Don't contribute to the fight. In time, when the child is older, the child can make decisions about who he or she wants to be with.

The hardest thing is to let go, but maybe that's what you need to do. Sometimes staying in the fight makes things worse rather than better.

Have patience, and avoid the courts at all costs. You're just throwing money away in the court system.

clearly this a rant, but this is what i got:
You are married to a man that got primary custody fo his children. The mother keeps taking you back to court to up her visitation.
Prove the mother unfit.
its the only thing you can do.
