You can not on line file anything prior to 2005. Go to IRS.gov and print out the forms for each year and mail them out. If you owe, you will owe the tax plus penalties and interest. If you have a refund, say goodbuy to it as you are past statute of limitations.

There is no on-line filing for past years returns. The best thing is to visit a tax professional and have them do those past years for you. Frequently it will turn out much better than you think. it is not unusual that they sent you your refund with out any penalty if they owe you.
