I think so but it shouldn't be. I think if there illegal they shouldn't get the same human rights as the citizens

No! You are confusing illegal immigrants with outlaws.
When a person is declared outlaw, he loses all civil rights and all human rights, including the right to life. This is why the wanted posters of the wild west had the words "Dead or Alive" on them.
Nobody is declared outlaw in the USA any more.
IMHO, this is a shame.

WOW! What an idea. Can you believe she would actually ask that? A little while ago, some border guards got in legal trouble for attacking an illegal, so what do you think?

Unfortunately, it would be the same as if you killed an American. There was a rancher along the Texas border who shot and killed one a couple of years ago because he was sick and tired of their running across his land. He only meant to scare the guy, but the poor thing got in the path of the bullet. As I recall, he got something like 3 years probation. Save your bullets, the time is coming, but it isn't here yet.

lol yeah, it's illegal, and considered a hate crime...
Notice how that person (back on page 1) said it was legal to kill racists? And notice how many thumbs up they got? Well, we all know who everyone considers 'racist'....yep, you got it -- white people! So basically, it's okay to kill "whitey" but not illegal immigrants. But watch how many thumbs down I get for speaking the TRUTH!

It is illegal.
The law doesn't stipulate that murder is of a citizen. It states a person. A person can be either a legal citizen or an illegal immigrant

I'm sure many of us have given this thought some consideration.. just please, don't act on it.
They've broken the law, there's no need for you to as well. I'd watch, wait, and.. if it comes to something that drastic, as taking back our country, well... who can say. Right now, it's illegal luv..

Yes, unless it is self-defense or under one of the traditional defenses.
It's illegal to kill a robber in your house in most states unless you satisfy an additional defense, as well.
