Have you ever seen the surface of a person... and just had a feeling that you could really like them? That you could care about them if you just got to know them?
I don't mean to stalk your yahoo answers questions and stuff... Im just so curious about you. I can't help but think that, at the minimum, we could be really cool friends. But ya gotta give me a chance here. :P
As for your boyfriend... sheesh, I dunno. I'd be bothered too... he's there on business... how much fun should he really be having over there. Drunked out... at 3 AM... that suggests a long, interesting night... when he should be here for you.

So he was drunk. Big deal.
Now if you heard strippers in the background, then you've got a reason to be upset.
Think about it. He's in a foreign country, and he's probably lonely. He goes out for a drink or two, and can't stop thinking about you. So he calls you to tell you he misses you, and you're reading way more into the situation than you should.
Does he give you reason to doubt his fidelity?
Would you be happier if he hadn't called at all?
Should he be upset that you're going to a co workers house for a party?
(Probably one of them orgies. Oh wait, am I reading too much into an innocent party?)
Give him the benefit of the doubt. When he gets back, calmly remind him of the phone call. DO NOT INTERROGATE HIM!! Let him know that you were concerned that he sounded a little drunk, and leave it at that.
Has he never been drunk before? Have you ever been drunk before? Does he start groping every woman in sight when he's drunk?
Don't pick a fight over suspicions. If he's a cheating dog, his colors will show eventually. That is when you kick him to the curb.
Don't find him guilty before he's committed any crime.

I wouldn't worry. He's a boy. Boys get drunk. The only matter of it is: Is he responsible when he's drunk? It doesn't sounds like he's wasted too often, so I wouldn't be worried. It's nothing for YOU to be worried about. He's a big boy, and if he makes mistakes, HE is entitled to deal with them. However, his mistakes affect you- so be careful. This just sounds like he's out being a guy and having a good old time out on business. Call in and check on him though- just to see how things are doing. People do do some crazy things when they're drunk though.. especially if they're around other women so I would tell him to be careful and watch his boundaries!

I understand. If it is out of character for him, it may just be an isolated incident. But if you are anxious about it, you might talk to him a bit about it when he comes home. Some guys can get a little tight occasionally. But alcohol is a home wrecker, so keep your eyes open as well as your mind.

maybe an opportunity to cheat came around but backed out and out of an epiphany realized that he really does love and miss you. Its not very probable but it is possible.

You won't never know , if you don't talk about it with him. Comunication is the key in your situation, wait to meet him and find out why was he drunk and who he was with.
