Hormones during pregnancy are the reason for hair and nail growth, not the vitamins, which are fomulated for pregnany women...not men or women who aren't pregnant.
Try a vitamin supplement made specifically FOR hair growth and support.

People think that these vitamins make your hair grow faster and nails stronger and even give you a glow ...BUT... they are called PRENATAL vitamins because it is to be used during your pregnancy. The hormonal changes in your body during pregnancy are the ones to thank for all those changes in nail ,hair, and skin. NOT the prenatal vitamins.

My hairdresser friend told me that it's a myth about prenatal vitamins making your hair grow. The hormones of pregnancy are what actually do it, not the vitamins.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aOlKf Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

I took it before my wedding for a few months and noticed it grew thicker and faster.. Not lightening speed fast but noticibly faster!
it is the folic acid that helps.. Pre-natal vitimins are not just fro preg people if you read the bottle it can be taken by anyone of child bearing age.. Gives you all the vit/min you need.
