Mention an appetizer, a soup, a salad, and an entree. Then talk about how you make stock from the bones.

You could include the healing concept of made with love chicken soup. Also, with the coming festivities, the meaning of a roasted chicken for needed people in Thanksgiving or Christmas, when there isn't enough $ to get turkey. Include how to's.

how to stuff a breast using only a small opening
how to pound a breast and make chicken marsala or francese
how to handle chicken from a HACCP perspective
Lastly how to properly roast a chicken so it is flavorful, juicy and yet has crispy skin
