I have a good life u no. Just a hard one dad dies mom is crazy . And I have actully been trying to lay off asking these kinnda quistions. But i seriasly I need help. Dont be mean u no this is my life serias answers only please. Okay my older sis is 16 and well wen my mom went on vaca wit some friends from work I came home from my friend savannah's house and i was going to go to the bathroom right. The door was opened well cracked and I looked in and in the bathroom and my 16 year old sis was in the bathtub having sex wit my stepdad. Like they were naked laughing on top of each othet it was sickaning. I just went to my room I was scared. The next day. When my steo dad came home from work he went in my sis's room I fallowed him and they started kissing and then my stepdad john took off her shirt and then her bra and started feeling you know her breast and the she toko off the rest of her clothes and so did he they were on the floor they were having sex. Wat should I do.

WOW. thats some very intense stuff. Well, it is not exactly incest because he is not ur real father. So it is basically your sis having sex with an adult that is supposedly in a relationship with your mother. Well, in a situation like this, I think that you should talk to your sister. Confront her, and tell her that she is wrong. Have a family meeting. Talk to your step dad as well, and let him know what you have seen. If you do not want to hurt your mother, I guess you should see if their behavior may cease. If it continues, tell your mother who should eventually kick him to the curb, and punish your big sister or talk to her about her mistakes. Things may change, but u cannot just ignore the situation.

Unfortunately it isn't illegal, incest is blood relatives only and she is of legal age at 16. I am sorry you had to go through this though. If you believe your mother won't do anything about the situation you need to talk to an Aunt or Uncle or a Grandparent. Perhaps the school counsellor would be able to help if that isn't an option.
PS I would be very careful about talking to anyone on this site who offers to chat with you. Lildancin might be genuine but she could also be a man who is a predator. Keep yourself safe.

Tell a teacher or counselor at school. It really is incest, if he's married to your mother, even if there's no blood relation. The fact that you and your little sister can watch them is a very big problem and makes it abuse or neglect. In fact, it is possible he began with your older sister when she was younger, and by having you two younger ones observe, he is "grooming" you (getting you ready to try the same stuff).
Tell someone at school. Unfortunately, I wouldn't tell your mother, I'd tell the school person. It's hard to know how a mother will react, but we know how a teacher has to react: they have to take you seriously. Do it Monday, for your own safety and your little sister's. Also, your older sister may need help too.

seek some professional help right away.
if you have the possibility leave that home or you probably will be the next victim of such an orrendous behavior by your step dad.
Leave. it is better that you face the difficulies of being alone now, rather than having to confront yourself with the shame of what you write about...
I'm sure that in your city there are shelters and professional help for distressed youngtster. look in the yellow pages or in the internet and take action before it is too late.

It sounds like you could be traumatized already.. know that even if they were laughing and enjoying what they were doing -IT IS WRONG!!! You should tell your mom for your sake, your little sisters sake, your moms sake and for your older sister. She is only 16, she needs help as soon as possible before she makes more bad decisions. This might be legal, but in the bible adultery is illegal and you don't have to deal with this. Please tell your mother or a councilor!

This is a touchy situation, the best thing to do is tell your mom , the only problem is it depends on your mom, will she believe you or will she go crazy and tell you your lying. If you think she wont believe you, then if you have a video camera try to catch them and tape a little of it and show it to your mom. I know thats sick and all but your mom needs to know and she needs to get rid of him and press charges on him. THis is a very bad situation, Im so sorry, I hope everything works out for you. I hope your mom will believe you and you dont need to get proof for it.

You need to tell someone like a school counselor or even the police. What is happening in your home is sexual abuse, even if your sis is OK having sex with him he is breaking the law. Grown men CAN NOT have sex with children!!! And what makes you think your safe maybe your next or even worse your lil' sister. Please tell someone and what about your mom? How happy would she be knowing her husband is banging her kid!!! Tell someone!
