comin bak, i fel 4 him.(we didnt do nethin else dan kis).talkd 2 him regularly wen he was lvin wid his mom.by chance talkd 2 his mom & also his mate,both nice ppl.he has told them things bout me (i am presumin nice).evr since he movd 4m da country side 2 da city we havnt talkd.da emails hav lessnd.nd he only replies wen i mail keepin things short.is he givin me da signs 2 bugger off?? ( i havnt told him nethin about my feelin 4 him or askd him how he feels 4 me). am i being paranoid over a small thing?

I get the gist of what you are asking.
Listen, enjoy the memory of the party. Email him to say hi from time to time, holidays, season changes, etc.
He isn't interested in a long distance relationship. Actually that is wise. (One person usually ends up making all the effort like you're doing.)
Leave it open. If he comes back to your town, he'll likely look you up. If not, like him, practice out of sight, out of mind.

Hard one to call. Its sounds like he wanted and got a final fling before he left the country to go live in the city. You say he only responds to your shortened emails . . .? I think unfortunately he is no longer interested. If you cannot discreetly get any info from his mum and his friend; I would tuck memories of him in player/skank file and move on to someone better, you deserve it.

It might be because he has a relationship and sees no future in hooking up with you. If your feelings are of love then phone him and tell him that you love him and hear what he says may be he feels the same and is unsure. You know that men react slowly in expressing themselves and i advice patience on your side.
