I have observed what you've observed. Too few people "follow their bliss." However, life is beautiful with loss, and suffering and differed dreams too.

That's just how life goes and it's a given fact. You can't really change it unless you do something. You prevent yourself from being an underdog and prove they can be wrong. You can always take their advices, which normally are based from their experiences, to be in the safe side, but you will never really learn unless you take the risk. Life is a big risk but the rewards can be great.
Even you yourself you can't deny that you have also wanted for others to do as such to prevent an unfortunate event to happen. Because probably it has already happened to you or to someone also close to you and you don't want them to undergo the same agony. You show concern because you love them.
But no matter what, you know people who loves you, your family and friends, will still be there when you stumble down along the way.

Wow! You asked a mouthful. One thing to remember is there are different types of love. One has to first love themselves and see themselves through the eyes of the creator - we are fearfully and wonderfully made! Once that is understood then we can look at others with a different perspective. Agape love is an unconditional love we share with others. There is romantic love which is often selfish as it is conditional - I treat you well when you treat me well. There is also a love between brothers and sisters - you know we don't pick our relatives, but we love them anyway (sometimes from a distance). When we love ourselves, we don't allow others to abuse us or disrespect us. We set ground rules at the beginning of any relationship and based on those rules, that is how the relationship goes. I've learned that people treat me based on what I expect and what I allow.

I don't know anyone who hasn't felt like this. It's a normal part of life. Some people are too greedy and want everything to be about them and others forget how to stand up for themselves. In the end you have to do whats best for you.

Yes. I have an opinion. People who let others take more than they give are doing just that "letting them take." In other words people only do what YOU let them do. If you can't say "no" then it's YOU with the problem not the other person.

When I walk out... and look up and see the first star at night.... I make a wish..... but I make it for someone that I know.... needs a wish to come true.....
I would rather.... "struggle" .... than someone that I care for.... have to... (is that what you mean....)?
