The student of B.Sc., Nursing from Banglore is being harasing by the lecturers, so to whom we have to report, or whose help we have to take? On manage quota he joined fees is per year Rs.75000/- .2. In case if he wants to change the college, what all are the rules, to get the transfer certificate. He is belongs to Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore.

You can first approach the Dean, College of Nursing, if that does'nt work contact the SNA Unit of your College or the Regional Units.
