Come and see: There is a female, a spirit of all spirits, and her name is Lilith, and she was at first with Adam. And in the hour when Adam was created and his body became completed, a thousand spirits from the left [evil] side clung to that body until the Holy One, blessed be He, shouted at them and drove them away. And Adam was lying, a body without a spirit, and his appearance was green, and all those spirits surrounded him. In that hour a cloud descended an pushed away all those spirits. And when Adam stood up, his female was attached to his side. And that holy spirit which was in him spread out to this side and that side, and grew here and there, and thus became complete. Thereafter the Holy One, blessed be He, sawed Adam into two, and made the female. And He brought her to Adam in her perfection like a bride to the canopy. When Lilith saw this, she fled. And she is in the cities of the sea, and she is still trying to harm the sons of the world...............YES I DID GO TO GOOGLE ....and i seen pics of a woman sitting under a tree with an apple in her hand along with a snake dangleing from a branch....you are right, pandora's box is alot like the story of Adam and Eve

In both situations, the vast majority of the worries of the international get blamed on a curious female, a lady in search of forbidden understand-how. there is also some similarity interior both memories between the region of the serpent in the Genesis tale and the region of the Titan Prometheus in the Greek delusion. Prometheus, who's a supernatural being, steals fireplace from the gods and supplies you it to human type, and is punished through Zeus the king of the gods for this. further the Serpent in the Genesis tale is a minimum of the "subtlest" of each and every of the creatures God has made, and in case you've faith that the Serpent develop into truly devil, then he's a supernatural being, a fallen angel. He, too, arranges for people to receive understand-how that belongs to God, and he, too, is seriously punished for this insurrection. i ask your self if both memories originated from a similar middle jap source. They type of sound like it, yet who knows.

Story telling was pop-culture in ancient times. The story of Noah's ark plays out in many ancient cultures and languages, many well before the bible account, only the man's name changes, as does the contents of the arc, the number of rainy days, etc.
Jesus used parables to teach the throngs of followers where he went - everyone loved a good story back then.

come on. you know this. Adam and Eve were told by God that they couldn't eat the fruit from the tree. Pandora had a box that she wasn't supposed to open. Curiosity killed the cat, and got the lot of them. end of story.

basically. temptation and all that.

Because people didn't get the moral of the story of Pandora so God had to try again?

And the moral is:

People cause the problems of people. But, there's still hope.

Yes there is a simalarity in the stories in that all that was left after disobeying a command they lost everything but HOPE.
Why they are similar I don't know. a lesson for sure?

it's not. The Adam and Eve 'story' is actual fact. maybe the greeks just needed an excuse for all the bad in the world and the name 'pandora' just appealed to them.
