I guess b/c they're not in competition. If a 2nd Red Bull came out w/ a beer by that name, then there'd be a problem.

There is no "red bull" there is blue bull...sorta like the difference between red balls and blue balls.....blue bull is a schlitz product...might as well be drinking hurricane or old' E...

because it's 2 different things with the same name.. why can't jaguars sue the jaguar car company or why can't mustangs sue the ford mustang. and you must be canadian eh.
