He scares me.

Just today, my 4-year-old saw him on TV, and stared very attentively watching Mr. Bush talk. After a few minutes, he turned to me and asked "Is he a bad guy?"

Not wanting to indoctrinate him in any political opinon, I evaded the question with "He's the President."

My son said "I think he's tricking all those people, and he's not really nice at all."

We've not had TV in our house, and at day care they only watch kids videos, so this is probably the first he's ever seen George Bush. Are kids more perceptive than adults?

I can't believe you even asked that question! You can place all bets on the next election. The Republicans can stick it. It is true that Bush was lied too regarding the "arms of destructions in Iraq". I think our death toll is close to 3,000 at the moment, and many, many women. It is just a matter of time until another attack happens in the USA. Not a question of if but when.

How can? He is only a human being like all of us. There will be no new Prophet within 1000 years after Baha'u'llah, the most recent Messenger of God.
