It depends on what company made the pill. There's a listing here of descriptions and imprints for various generics of Lortab and other hydrocodone generics:

All meds have ID numbers or letters on them. Call a pharmacy and speak with a pharmacist. They will be able to tell you what pill you have, based on the color/shape/ ID letters or numbers that are stamped on each pill.

different companies make each pill look differently.If its generic you can never be sure.
