Error:-1603 when trying to install Lego Starwars II, Help!!!?

I just got Lego Starwars II and when I click install, it tells one of the Cabinet files was corroupted and/or Error:-1603 fatal error

Okay let me try again...looks like you need to use an offical patch...

follow these instructions...
