It fluctuates. Some days it's a 15, and other days a -5. You just have to hang in there and persevere. It gets better. It helps to smile even when you're down. Really. Sappy as it sounds, it works.

That depends how bad the bad is.

I really can't complain this far... well I could; but what good would it do?

I read somewhere to be happy with your lot if life; even be happy if you don't have a lot to be happy about.

1. Keep things in perspective.
2. Don't sweat the small stuff - it's all small stuff.
3. You can't change what you don't acknowledge.
4. What you think is what you feel ("Feeling Good" - David Burns M.D)
5. Life is difficult and as soon as you truly accept it, life becomes a bit easier. "Road Less Traveled" - M. Scott Peck, M.D.
6. Read the Bible and grow your relationship with Jesus and God

Good luck and God bless.

im sorry you think your life sucks, and im sure you've heard this before, but think about this:

there are people suffering because of their religion. i read a story on a guy that was burnt with acid, and his skin got peeled off by haters. now thats crappy.
there are people that would do anything for food, people that could be of real use to the world, while a bunch of people sit on their butts and complain that life is hard.
there are people that have to send their sons off to war, and everyday wonder if he is alright or alive.
even the media knows how sucky the world is. all you hear on the news is 'there was a shooting here and this place was robbed and there was a fire burning 99 million acres here'.

i hope that you realize that you probably have it good. you have internet access, you most likely have food, and clothes on your back, and probably a few extra handy. im not telling you that you are wrong and you should know better than to think life is not fair, im just letting you know that life can be so much more amazing if you live it to its fullest.
do something stupid and crazy.
often.

First of all, Your life is what you make it. We control our destiny and we have to take responsibility for everything we do and say in our lives. I feel everything happens for a reason and you change one thing then it not only changes who you are but everything around you. We live our lives once so why not only live it happily but live it positively. We cannot rate our lives based on a scale. Everyone has ups and downs throughout their own lives and there isn't one answer when it comes to judging your entire life. Everyone makes mistakes but what they learn from them is far more important. If your life is not what you want it to be then you need to take the steps needed to make your life more fullfilling and worth living. Surrounding yourself with positive influences is a great way to start. Surround yourself with the people you love, friends and anything that makes you happy. You are worth it and deserve to live a wonderful life!!!

Dude, that is sad. Have you always felt this way, or is this just for now? Please get some help, advice, coaching, counseling, medical treatment, anything and get working on making your life better. Nobody should feel that way except temporarily. Sometimes these things are physical. My wife suffered half her life with manic depression and wouldn't seek help. As soon as she was diagnosed and her brain chemistry was sorted out her life came together quickly. Sometimes these things are circumstantial and you can change your circumstances. Just don't stay where you are. You don't have to. You can have a life you think is worth having.
