for those who gave answer, you all sound silly. First of all when, it is called a chit, not proffile. Secondly, even a pre-exsiting condition has to be evaluated prior to enlistment. And to seek compensation is a benefit that I' m entitled to. I didn't ask for anyone to pass judgement, just answer my question. thank you. Also, if you've never served, you are not able to answer. I've got some very rude answers, and they all border on personal attacks. I'm a vietnam vet and I served in the navy.

I did not reply to your last question but after your little Set of comments I went back and read what was said etc. anyways to be honest IF during your separation medical this was NOT noted as any worse better etc than during your service or when you went in then as you can see by the number of denials you are not really going to have much luck on this score IMO..............we have only just got VA disability [is this what you are seeking] on 3 conditions that my husband most certainly did NOT have when he joined and one of which is war related......
You have already been turned down twice and I think after this appeal that will be that....did you just do the few years in or a full 20 + years?? because I think it would strike me odd that after this length of time if you had only served a few years you was looking for someone to pick up the tab this many years on.

I did not answer any of your questions but if you post questions here, you will find people who are just plain mean. Some people play the points game where they just want to say what they want. It's like any answer to any question anyone posts. I have my fair share of people giving me bad stuff but you just ignore them. WHen you put a question, just hold your mouth because you will get people who will range from insensitive to downright rationale folk. You have people who judge you for everything you say.
I respect war veterans because they have experienced war and know that war is not a good thing in general. I know you do not want another Vietnam. My grandpa hates the war because he was a soldier against the Japanese during WW2 in the Philippines. An attack on the Veterans is a crime is disrespectful. It's like me saying I hate the DIggers who fought for Anzac Day. I like the fact that they fought for what australia is today. Lest we forget.

If you can't handle what others say I would not post your question here. When you expose yourself you must be ready for all types of answers whether you like them or not. I guess it goes to freedom of expression and after defending that you know better than any others how you can have it thrown back in your face so buck up and take it in stride. This is just an open forum for personal attacks.

Had you specified you were in the Navy in the first question perhaps they would have called it a chit however, in the Army it IS a profile.
I read the previous question and answers and I found nothing that even came close to being rude.
I am inclined to agree with the majority of those who disagree with you.
