Try a supplement......Biotin, etc. Prenatal vitamins are for pregnant women and can make you sick.

Yes I have - and it wasn't the prenatal vitamins that made my hair grow, it was the change in hormones in my body. All women get different hair while pregnant, vitamins or no. The vitamins just help you keep healthy.
The vitamin and hair link is a myth.

I took prenatals when I was pregnant. I didn't notice any effect on the rate of my hair growth.

yes im taking prenatal vitamins now. makes my nail stronger and my hair becomes healthy. i could see some short hair growing. try it!

I've only taken a prenatal once...and I wasn't pregnant. Thaey gave it to me in the hospital. Why, I don't know!

I've been taking pre-natal for the last 5 years and they don't really have any massive effective unless you are actually pregnant. But they do help increase you iron levels if you don't eat certain foods

because they have so many good vitamins in them, folic acid is espically important, should make ur nails grow faster too, also being pregnant ur hormones are thriving, esp the growth hormones

It just has higher amounts of biotin which helps hair grow.

I tried them after reading about taking them to grow your hair on this site...I take them every other day. I paid $5 at Walmart for mine & my hair & nails grew SUPER fast...I wouldn't advise taking them if you are in your teens.....Way too much iron...that's why I take mine 15X's a month......My hair grew 1.5" a month.

took them when i was pregnant and loved them my hair grew faster and my fingernails grew super long i even kept taking them after i had my son
