I had a bad day and now all I want to do it eat and nothing will fill me up!! How do I stop this? What do you all do when you are craving food even though you really aren't hungry.

I'm into BBW's (Big Beautiful Women) so only half way listen to my advice. ;-)

My Good Side:
Drink a glass of water before and during your eating. It will make you feel fuller faster.

If you must eat, eat healthly. Carrot sticks, celery sticks, or even a big salad but take it easy on the dressing.

Do some sit-ups. As many as you can. I know I don't want anything to eat after doing crunchies or sit-ups.

My Bad Side:
Go out to a restaurant and get a "death by chocolate" desert or two slices of Chocolate Cheesecake to bring home. About $3 to $5 depending on your locale. Get a large glass of milk to eat it with. Sit back in front of the tv or the internet and enjoy. After all, nothing cheers a woman up like chocolate.
If you don't have a restaurant neaby and you can't make a homemade pie, Then get an 8 ounce Hershey Bar (the big 1/2 pounder) and sit back, play some good music, and enjoy.

Don't do it.
No matter how much you pack it in, it wont satisfy what's really bothering you.......trust me, I know.
You'll just have the extra weight and then you'll have that too worry about too.
Just put it down and walk away. Tell yourself "NO" "You can't have that. I wont let you"

What I do when I'm feeling like that is to just take a couple of sleeping pills..........or a drink or two..........or both.........and then before you know it a new day has come
Time to go to work.
Or School
Or whatever
Point is by the time you wake up and get ready for whatever it is you have to do that day......the feeling should have passed.

Just stop eating for a little bit. Don't eat anything for thirty minutes and tell yourself that if after those 30 minutes without food, you still feel like eating, then you can go ahead. It works everytime for me. After I wait the half hour I really don't want food.

ppl have diffrent habbits some smoke some drink and others eat only strong will stop ur cravings or eat healthy foods that will help u

distract yourself in any way possible. i usually grab my mp3 player and go out on a walk around town, no matter what time of day just to get myself out of the way of food and i can think about things for about 30 minutes. keep your hands busy by doing laundry, cleaning your room, or do something physical to get your mind on something else. clean out your car or do some random thing that you never have time to do like pluck your eyebrows
