How do I get my little brother to stop being lazy?

My brother is soo lazy! whenever its his turn to vacuum, I try to remind him but he says "No, you do it," and plays his dumb video games!! I don't wanna be a rat and tell my mom...What should I do?!?

it depends on his age is a under 10 or above. if hes is under talk to your mom and devise a plan like don't clean up for a while and make a bigger mesh in his area. as more mess piles up on his video games just remind him" hey its your turn to clean, you don't want your video games being messed up do you?" just scare him tell him that dust can cause your game to get messed up.

if he is over ten then secretly take a small piece of his console like a wire then give it to your mom and when he asks where is it your mom should say "you'll get it back when you clean up, you know i won't be here to clean up when you get older"
