I think Rusty would be a good nickname. It goes with Andy being a first name and with Montana sort of being a rustic state. However, the nickname is more personal then the registered name, so you should pick that...

Oliver - you can call him Ollie for short or you could follow the blood line with Montana liberty but that sound political or liberty dreamer....
