Have something you can sip on and do in moderation. Take Advil for your cramps and don't rely on the alcohol for pain relief. If you get verschnickered with all those hormones floating around, who knows what you'll say or do.

I hope you don't mean that the wedding is YOURS?? I assume not, otherwise you'd have said "I'm getting married tonight".
Anyway, if you are taking any type of over-the-counter pain reliever, please don't drink ANY alcohol at the party. Mixing alcohol and Tylenol (acetaminophen) can damage the kidneys. And mixing alcohol with aspirin or ibuprofen can irritate or damage the stomach. :(

Rum and coke. Alcohol thins out your blood, so maybe that will rid you of cramps.

Honestly, I have noticed that Midol and coffee work the best for me. Maybe you should skip the drinking (unless you have an ugly date and need to numb the pain!)

Wine - I like chardonnay. I don't get cramps, but it is probably just a nerviness reaction, .
