If there was a waiter at the last supper, he is not mentioned in the Gospel accounts. Actually, Jesus waited on his Disciples, in that he broke the bread and blessed the wine, and also washed their feet.

I think it was Judas. He was so pissed at the tipping that he betrayed Christ and The High Priest gave him 30 pieces of silver. Which was really too much since he actually dipped his hands in the sop that Jesus gave the diciples to eat.
