All I have is budder that has 48% veggie oil, spenda sugar, and unpopped popcorn.

Use a hot air popper, if you can still find one. Microwave popcorn kinda made them obsolete. And I'm not sure if Splenda will react the same way under heat as sugar does for Kettle Korn. You coudl always add the splenda to the kernels and as they pop, they'll get a bit of splenda on them.....

Use the microwave popcorn. You can get kettle corn and everything else.
