thats a freaking cool movie. actually i found it to be very subtly pro-G-d. of course they probably made it that way on purpose so as not to alienate believers so much that they would ignore the deeper message of the movie.

No. It is anti-dictator and anti-blind faith in false solutions. It is anti giving away your power to a beast with a selfish and wicked agenda. Would you want your mama experimented upon in the cause of science?! I loved it because you could see the unbiased perspective of the talented Alan Moore. The Wachowskis are talented also and I thin that science and religion
Ex. guinea pigs made from human and AlQaeda are both potential vehicles for EVIL! Bad peole on both sides!

If anything it was anti-repression, anti-dictatorship, Pro-Freedom.

no i really do not think that Religion was such a big part of it, i think that it is Anti Corruption more than anything.
it has been one of my favourite movies of the last several years.
