died in his sleep... it was like the matrix... he killed him self in the dream so he sied in real life

I think he was either sleeping in a hospital bed and some1 cut his iv and he died r he was sleeping on a water bed with the scissors on it and the scissors stuck a hole in the bed and he drowned while he was sleeping. i heard this joke be4 but forgot the answer. so is it 1 of those?
