Do you still do catering?
Would you cater a bread-and-fish event for me and a few thousand of my friends?
But please be sure that the fish is wild Pacific salmon, none of that farm-raised stuff!
And the bread ... make it whole grain, with some extra virgin olive oil on the side.
Oh, and be sure to get a shave and a haircut. We don't want to scare the guests.
