This isn't a lot of information, so maybe I'll be off base, but I'll give it a shot. (1) What positive activities do you do together? Any? If less than 3-5 a day, then he may just need attention (which he's getting, especially when he infuriates you by laughing). Maybe introduce a couple more parent-child activities, and also make a chart for only-peeing/pooping-in-potty days, and give a reward for 7 in a row. Something he'll like. Tell him about it and show him the chart, give him a star for a good day at bedtime, and tell him you're happy with him. (2) If you already do a lot of positive activities together, is he going through a hard time of some sort? (3) Are you consistent with discipline? He shouldn't be allowed to 'run the house.' Sometimes this sort of thing happens with parents who are too nice. If this might be the case, show him you're not pleased when he does it, and make him clean it up. Then do a chart anyway. (4) Make him clean it up unless it's a physical problem, or due to trauma or disability. Be calm and firm about it, and don't make a big deal. Good luck, he sounds challenging.

could something be happening at home? Some times when children revert to doing things like that there is something going on at home or something that is bothering them.
I had a child who all of a sudden started pooping his pants, he said he didn't want to leave his toys to go. Slowly he got out of it, but his parents were getting a divorce and he was being lazy. We just kept on him reminding him about going to the bathroom and making him sit.
We also made him clean up his own mess, which he DID NOT LIKE. So thats a good idea to let him clean it up himself, if he has to do that a few times I think he will stop.
But with kids you have to be consistent, don't make him one time and then stop for a few days. If you do that he will know your not being serious.
Kids are smart and sneaky too, I work with children all day they are very sneaky!
and I noticed all the post who mention spanking the child got a bad vote, Im not for abusing children, but some children need alittle physical touch to get across how serious it is.
I dont mean to go one and on, but todays society is brewing up some troubled, inconsiderate, snobby, brats!
and thats the truth, now we are suppose to hold all children with kitten gloves. Im sorry but children do need structure and disapline and the "dont do it again" line is all bull.
In the end just keep trying and don't give up there is a sollution to this. Perhaps its also something physically wrong? Maybe take him to the doctor maying hes having urinary problems?

She became very worried and might pee everywhere in the homestead. i stumbled on Cat Spraying No More on the information superhighway and the innovations labored only approximately on the instant. i've got not had a situation with Lola considering. stunning! can't end your cat peeing in the homestead? Then hassle not extra...

Never beat him. SIt him down and tell him why it is wrong to use the bathroom other then places in the toilet and bushes outside. Tell him if he isn't going to be a big boy and use the potty correctly he will go back to diapers. Most kids hate diapers so I bet he will clean up his act and use the potty like a big boy.

Give him something to pee at to keep him interesed like cheerios or something. If that does not work if you believe in spanking then try that if not then try diapers. Good Luck. And make sure you make him clean it up with something of his and remind him that it is descusting and nasty. once again good luck.

I personally would spank his behind then make him stand
in the corner for 10 minutes wearing the wet underwear then make him clean up the mess.
