How fast can I lose weight if I do four hours on my bike and I walk uphill for fifteen minutes and downhill for fifteen minutes? I am eating a pb&j for lunch and just something for dinner and oatmeal for breakfast. I weigh one-hundred forty pounds and want to know how much weight I can lose by november fourteenth. I am also twelve and don't want to go to a dovtor I am five foot one. I am not buying pills either. Any other things I can do besides or with that?

I've already been on the bike for like an hour without stopping and I'm not tired at all!!

First of all Downhill isn't going to help.
Only Uphill works, and you should be JOGGING up those hills!! Not walking. The bike won't do to much either.

Second of all, you should try JOGGING OR POWER WALKING every day. Mornings if you like.

Third of all Peanut Butter is high in fat. Check the label on whatever you are eating to see how many calories come from fat.
For instance something might read: 110Calories----Calories from fat 10. Go by the calories that come from fat.
And try not to eat more than 100fat calories a day.

Chill out! All you are going to do is exaust yourself!! Regular excercise and meals are what you need. No more than an hour a day of excercise. The most effective way to lose weight is slowly. Fad diets don't work. Be patient.

I would get al little more food in me if I was you. And drink lots of water or Gatorade. Sodas will make you cramp if you excersice. Good Luck.

Not as fast as your body and willpower is going to give up on you (whichever one comes first). Don't mess with your metabolism please.
