OK, coming from a girl... I would just about pass out if that was the way a guy told me they like me. PERFECT. Don't change a thing. She'll go insane. Just keep it simple, not TOO extravagant.

Why not just say, "Amber, I like you?" The best approach is always the direct approach. All that other stuff is just that; stuff. It's not needed.
