I just bought a 2000 model Nissan frontier crew cab, the owner said that it had keyless entry but didnt have the remote. Anyway, I had the truck in my driveway with the doors locked and I opened it with the key to get something out and left the door open, a couple of minutes later the alarm went off and I had no remote to disarm it so I unhooked the battery and now the truck is sitting out there and if I hook the battery back up the alarm continues to go off, any help is greatly appreciated, thank you all.

i own a repair shop,,and all you have to do is get in the truck, and put the key in,and start it,that will or should disable the alarm system,,the alarm system you have can be activated or dis activated by using the key on the drivers side door this is what set it off in the first place,,i get them in my shop to work on,and people forget to tell me they have an alarm system on them,,this is how i learned about the disable feature with the key, good luck,i hope this help,s.,,PS you have to turn the key to the un lock position, and hold it their for at least 5 seconds,or more ,good luck.

Hook up the battery Turn the key slightly past the unlock posistion that disarmes the alarm. SEE Infinity G-35 coupe answer I did yesterday for remote reprograming instructions
