When I turn the headlights on, the driver side lower light does not work (orange light). When I switch the turn signal on, it works. When I turn the hazzard lights on, it works. Just when I am driving with the headlights on, it doesn't work. Obviously it is not the bulb. Checked all the possible fuses, and they all were fine. Is this a wire problem, and something I can do myself. Also, what would the price margin be.

It is a bulb. Most bulbs in the front have 2 filament. One for driving lights and 1 for turn signals.
The bulb may or not be yellow. Some are white with a yellow lens. Others are yellow
Go to the front and look . If it has 2 screws remove them and take out the bulb. If no screws look under the car and you will see where the wires are, give it a twist and the bulb will come out.

same thing happened to mine it's the wire, mine was corroded with build up but not too bad cause i cleaned it up and rewired the bulb, just cause it's a jeep you're always gonna have the small crap go out on ya. i replaced a headlight not too long ago. anyway this isn't hard just check you're wires out if not. replace the bulb and see what happens, no harm in that and it's not that expensive good luck
