Does anyone know how I can do the Moroccan fabric ceilings for my house? I want them hanging down?

You can use velcro, or staples with a srip of fabric along the edge that you are stapeling to. Whatever depending on your house and if you own it or not. You can staple it underneath ans let the fabric drop over the stapled part down. The ceiling you can do that way on one end and then use the strip of cloth to hold down and staple on the other end. You will need help holding the cloth. Sounds romantic. good luck.

Whatever method you use, make sure the fabric hangs down low enough for your guests to blow their nose on it, because that is gonna be one big dust trap. Good Luck!
