take you goal weight and multiply it by 11 that should be your calorie intake. you can do lunges and squats w/ canned goods in each hand and you can watch cable for workouts almost all day...there you go all free...good luck....oh and you could run up and down the stairs

This is a toughie. I heard that if you just wanted to lose a single pound in a week, you must eat at least 500 calories less every day for that one week. If you want your weight loss to be that great, then maybe try to eat half of what you normally eat without starving yourself and exercise would help. It's really hard otherwise if you don't move your body around at all. If you can't go outside like you said, then do sit-ups or turn on the radio and dance. It's a fun way to lose the weight. I hope that helped a little...

The best way to drop weight is to keep your refrigerator stocked with low cal, low carb foods. Keep track of your calories. If you are trying to lose 15 lbs ..in one month ,that is a high goal. It can be done, but you would need to be committed. You should also take any health concerns into consideration. If you have a health condition, you should consult with your physician, to make sure this will not be a danger for you. I suggest eating healthy. Choose foods you like...that you know you can stick with . Counting calories is essential , but you should make sure you are getting nutrients with it. I would suggest a balanced diet, cut back on starchy foods and high sugar. Vegetables are very healthy and low in carbs. I am not sure how tall you are ,but if you are 5 ft you can take in 1000 cal ...add 100 calories per inch. If you can exercise indoors, that is good. Try to pace if nothing else.If you have stairs , and you are physically able , that is usually a good way to get some exercise. I would suggest starting with 2 lbs a week to lose , that is about normal. I do not know what your current weight is , just be careful not to overdue it . Finally soda , drinks with a lot of sugar, and carbs can cause your diet to be unsuccessful. Good luck ...!

I would think U can still walk around just being cautioned U can also do what others do and go walking around in the mall just don't take any money so U won't be persuaded to buy or U can drive or walk to the nearest park. Start doing Yoga, totally try not to eat when U R sitting in front of the TV. Cut all starches/flours from your diet + potatoes.

Change what you eat, but don't eat "weight loss" stuff.

If you drink regular soda, switch to diet. If you drink a lot of juice, switch to water. If you use sugar in your coffee or tea, switch to splenda.

Look in your kitchen. If there are any bags of chips, candy, cakes, or desserts, throw them out. Pack you lunch when you go to work or school. Snack foods and desserts are, by definition, unnecessary. Try to prepare for yourself the food that you eat. But just eliminating desserts and snacks and sugar in soda, you should lose weight. You would really be going to a normal weight for your body. It's good to excercise, but just changing your diet will help you a lot.

You could rent work out tapes from the library, do sit-ups and push ups, watch exercise shows on t.v. and work out to them. If there are stairs in your apt building, you could walk up and down the stairs. You could invest in a jump-rope - I don't think they cost that much - and use that for a workout. Fifteen lbs is a lot to lose in one month, though. Best of luck to you!

You could buy a treadmill and go to town or if you don't have any money buy a couple wokout tapes, cut out the carbs and sweets, no butter, no fried foods, only slim milk. It will berel slow coming off unless you excercise

try the special k challenge, be sure to follow it though, replace 2 meals with the cereal. Also exercise at home, you could follow one of those tv shows, like denise austin on lifetime or be creative, I like to dance, and i dont have time to go to the gym, so I create an hour playlist and dance in front of the mirror. It really gets your heart pumpin, plus its fun

Cut off a limb. Lose 15 pounds in ten minutes.
Otherwise, I'd recommend overcoming the non-sidewalkiness of your community, find somewhere you can exercise, and go for it.
