I haven't heard of NCI, although I did have my military experience transferred into college credit. I went from being a sophomore to a senior by doing that.

The American Council on Education has a guide for colleges to use, and the military can send you or your school a transcript reflecting your training/credit.

I did. It depends on the school. I transferred Marine Corps boot camp into the P.E. requirement. MOS school and some of the MCI's I did became electives. Talk to the VA rep or counselor at your school
