I have! I've kept 30+ lbs off for a few yrs now with WW. I still follow the plan. I still have fries, chocolate, etc., just not as much, and not as often. Don't deprive yourself, because you weaken and binge. Stay active, and when tempted by say, fries, ask yourself if that splurge is worth it. I'll go for fries, but I'll pass on too-sweet desserts. Not worth it. I love my improved health. I feel great, and have energy, and rarely get sick.

You can still have chocolate and potato chips--just in moderation! You could also try sugar-free chocolate snacks and baked chips. Anyway, I lost 25 pounds in WW but then I hit a plateau. I struggled along for like three months, still sticking in my points and walking every day, and then I gave up. Looking back, I should have eaten at the lowest end of my point range and upped the activity, but at the time, I felt "cheated." I quit going to the meetings and gained the weight back...and then some.

Weight watchers is great....and the great thing about it is you don't have to give up things like chocolate and potato chips. As long as you account for them in your daily points and/or flex pts, then you can have them. I still eat chocolate and potato chips! Of course, I don't eat them every day, and I don't eat a ton when I do eat those kinds of things. Moderation is key. :)

I have, my sister, sister-n-law, cousin. Give it time it will work. Are you using the point system? Have one bite of a chocolate bar, just one - not every day. Only when you can not fight the craving. Look in your super market for Weight Watchers Snacks... will help you with the cravings. Good Luck! You can do this. I'm talking just a few or 1oo pounds.
