As a 22 year old parent I know that I am going to go through this one day, but I still understand the answer to it. When you are younger you want to look your best whether it is to impress a guy or a girl. You also want to look better than your friends. You never think anything looks good because you are so self conscious!!!!! I know that it is mostly girls who do this and yes with boys it could be because all of their clothes are dirty, but think back to when you were a young girl.... Do you understand now?

Kids have very short attention spans. Therefore, they get bored very easily and quickly. This must be why they say they have nothing to wear when they actually have lots. They are just plain old bored with the same boring selection.
